Description

Have you ever given thought to what might lay at the end of life's road for you or your mate? How you might handle the loss that could come into play? Will you be strong enough to handle the loss, heartbreak, and never-ending tears? When your mate passes away without warning and you don't know why or because of a pandemic you are not allowed to be with them while they lay at death's door, will you be able to handle the emotional strain that immediately comes into play? I have been there, and I have fought back the fear and sense of complete failure due to not being able to be with my wife in her time of need because of pandemic guidelines. I have fought back at the never-ending loops that your mind continues to go into while trying to make sense of the loss. My name is Michael L. Sutton and I was born in Flint, Michigan on March eleventh nineteen-fifty eight. As a teenager, eighteen years of age I was fortunate enough to have met and married my wife of forty-three years Cynthia K. (Rogers) of Ausable, Michigan, after meeting her on a "Blind date", and an eleven-month courtship. Together we had two children (Christina L. and Michael D.), who currently reside as I continue to, after my wife's demise, in Cheboygan, Michigan. The loss and emptiness that is felt after the death of a loved one, and the effort that is needed to keep your life, your mind, and your health together is the basis for this book. Throughout our years as husband and wife, we never thought to look far enough down the road of life, to see what the outcome might be, to better prepare ourselves, for what lay ahead...
